How do I list my barn for sale?
Click on “List Your Barn” in the site navigation or click the “List Your Barn” button. Then create your account, upload your photos, and enter your credit card information.
How long is the free trial?
The free trial is 14 days long. This gives our admin team a chance to be sure your listing is complete and accurate. It also gives us the chance to check the barn out for ourselves, to be sure it’s not something we want to take off your hands.
Will I be able to talk to the potential buyers?
Yes, you will receive an email when the interested party clicks on the “Click for Seller Contact Info” on your detailed Barn Listing page. The email will be sent to the email address you’ve shared in your account settings. You can then begin your conversation!
Who can take my barn down?
Barn recycling should only be conducted by knowledgeable, experienced and insured barn reclaimers. Basic knowledge of construction and carpentry does not guarantee that a company will safely get your structure down.
Will Maine Barn Wood sell my barn for me?
MaineBarnWood.com is a listing site, meant to get you in front of an audience of prospective buyers who know us as professional barn wood reclaimers in the industry. We are not a property brokerage firm.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
It is your responsibility to cancel your auto renew subscription when/if your barn sells or you decide to take it off the market. Log-in to your account to cancel your auto renew subscription which will automatically remove your barn from MaineBarnWood.com.
How long does it typically take for a barn to sell?
Every barn sale is different. In our experience, as barn wood recyclers, barns take 6 months to a year to sell.
